Eastern Ohio native Scott Connors is a trusted real estate agent serving the Ohio Valley, including Wheeling, WV and surrounding Eastern Ohio communities. Born and raised in Eastern Ohio, Scott has a deep understanding of the local real estate market, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make the region unique. His passion for the Ohio Valley shows in every transaction, whether he’s helping a first-time homebuyer, marketing a listing, or advising a seasoned real estate investor.

Scott’s background in psychology, with a Bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University, gives him a distinct advantage in real estate. His expertise in communication, negotiation, and human behavior allows him to advocate effectively for his clients and deliver strong results.

Committed to ongoing education and professional growth, Scott has completed advanced training through Hondros College of Business, Belmont College, Spruce School of Real Estate, and BridgeValley Community and Technical College. He earned his Ohio real estate license in 2009 and West Virginia license in 2010, later advancing to Associate Broker status in both states.

In addition to serving clients, Scott is the Director of Training at Harvey Goodman Realtor, where he leads agent development and helps drive performance across the brokerage. He is also a certified Continuing Education (CE) instructor in both Ohio and West Virginia, equipping fellow agents with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in today’s market.

Scott’s expertise has extended beyond transactions and training—he has been called upon as an expert witness in multiple real estate-related lawsuits, further reinforcing his deep knowledge of contracts, industry standards, and professional practices.

A consistent top performer, Scott is a multi-year recipient of the Ohio President’s Sales Club Award and has been recognized as a Top Producer by the Wheeling Board of Realtors. His dedication to excellence and results-driven approach have made him a go-to real estate professional in the region.

Scott is also a leader within the real estate community. He has served as President of the Belmont County Board of Realtors and has contributed to multiple industry committees, including legislative and MLS initiatives. His involvement helps him stay ahead of market trends and better serve his clients.

Based in Wheeling, West Virginia, Scott enjoys life in the Ohio Valley with his family. Outside of real estate, he’s a musician, car enthusiast, and explorer of local hidden gems—bringing energy and authenticity to everything he does.
